All products are final sale and not eligible for returns. However, if your product is damaged or broken upon arrival due to a manufacturing defect, then we will exchange your product for the same item. Our exchange policy lasts 30 days from order delivery. If 30 days have gone by since your order has arrived, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please note that only products which are damaged and/or broken upon arrival are eligible for an exchange.
To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase as well as multiple images showing the product defect, packaging, and packing slip. Please email us at email@example.com with this information along with your order number to initiate the exchange process. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for exchanging your items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. The delivery time for your exchanged products may vary depending on your location.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
